Bruce began his career teaching math and physics and branched into computer science when the personal computer was invented. For the last 15 years of his career he was an administrator and his interest shifted to the creation of professional learning communities and leadership that evokes adhocracy.
Bruce is an adjunct professor at Simon Fraser University and member of the Board of the Canadian Education Association. He has a national reputation as a skilled educator and motivating presenter.
