Keith Spencer is a lawyer and partner with the Technology and Intellectual Property Group at Fasken Martineau and chairs the Vancouver office's Securities and Technology Business Unit. Keith's clients range from start‐up and emerging technology companies to large multi‐national technology and telecom companies.

Keith has lectured in the area of technology, outsourcing, e-commerce and intellectual property law at The University of British Columbia Law School and at various Continuing Legal Education and Information Technology industry conferences. He has also authored articles in the areas of computer and information technology, outsourcing, e-commerce and intellectual property law. In addition to various corporate boards, Keith sat on the BC Social Venture Partners and the BC Technology Industries Association; currently, he sits on the board of, the BC Science Fair Foundation, as well as Dyaptive Systems, The Indus Entrepreneurs Society Vancouver, Elastic Path Software Inc., INETCO Systems Ltd., and Layer-7 Technologies Inc.
