Camp-In

Science World's 2012 Camp-in season is now underway!

Experience an amazing overnight adventure from dusk til dawn! Choose the overnight package that works for you:

  • Organizational Recreational Camp-In
  • School Camp-In
  • Private Camp-In

Your overnight stay includes:

  • Viewing of an OMNIMAX film. For more information on current OMNIMAX options, visit www.scienceworld.ca/omnimax
  • Hands-on exploration of Science World galleries
  • A science activity
  • A live science show (science demonstrations)
  • A restful sleep among Science World exhibits
  • An evening snack & morning breakfast the next day
  • Each child will receive a free child coupon for a later visit
  • Shopping in the unique Science World gift shop until 9:30 pm on your arrival date
  • Free parking. Please come in to pick up a parking pass. Please do not pay for parking as we are not able to process a refund.

The Details

  • $64 per camper.
  • One adult free for every five paid campers. Extra Adults pay $32 each.
  • 1:10 adult to student ratio required for supervision.
  • Camp-in T-shirt available for purchase, pre-order to reserve yours ($16.50 child size, $17 adult size)
  • Group dinner can be ordered directly with Triple O’s: 604.647.0003 or unit202@whitespot.ca
  • Full payment required two weeks before the camp date.
  • Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, or organization cheque payable to ASTC Science World Society. (Sorry no personal cheques are accepted). Prices subject to HST and may change without notice.
  • Any outstanding balance, due to additional campers, will require full payment on the date of the camp-in.

Organized Recreational Camp-In

  • Dates decided by you (subject to availability).
  • Minimum of 250 campers required.
  • $500 deposit required.

School Camp-In

  • Part of a school and don’t have 250 campers? Check out our School Camp-Ins.
  • Available the first three Thursdays in June. 
  • Available only for grades 5–7.
  • Minimum of 180 campers is required. We’ll combine classes from various schools.
  • Minimum of 20 students per school.
  • $300 deposit required.

Private Camp-In

  • Available Monday to Thursday (subject to availability)
  • Minimum of 60 campers is required.
  • $300 deposit required.
