The Program
Future Science Leader Objective: BC is renowned for producing top scientists and leaders in innovation
To reach this objective, the Future Science Leaders program will coach students to become leaders in research and innovation.
We have modeled the program after excellence programs in high performance sports, such as Own the Podium and the farm system in hockey. There will be a multi-year progression where students are increasingly challenged and supported as they pass each stage. In 2012, we will be considering students in grade 10 and 11 as of September 2012.
