K–7 Online resources!

  • Build a mini worm compost.
  • Play a game to learn about leeches.
  • Investigate UV waves with beaded jewellery.

Developed by Science World's award-winning Super Science Club and tested by students and teachers, free, curriculum-connected lesson plans and activities are now available. Students will develop critical thinking skills with these hands-on activities and interactive demonstrations.

Catalyst for Science provides an online collection of science-based resources primarily for BC high school teachers, and shares these resources with non-formal educators, parents and students. These resources include teacher reviewed and classroom tested lessons, activities and links.
