It takes a drop of water nearly 400 years to travel from the headwaters of Lake Superior to the edge of Lake Ontario. Along the way, the water passes by towering cliffs dotted with early Native American pictographs, by caribou and moose grazing on the shores, over giant prehistoric sturgeon lurking among thousands of shipwrecks and past nearly 40 million people who live along the more than 10,000 miles of coastline. It is a dramatic journey through some of the most spectacular scenery in the world.

Return to Everest
In 1996, MacGillivray Freeman Films filmed an amazing story that unfolded on the tallest mountain on Earth. In May of that year, Mt. Everest claimed its deadliest season--sixteen climbers. Eleven years later, veterans from the 1996 expedition will return to Everest, this time with other mountaineers determined to experience the "death Zone"--8000 metres and beyond. Among them will be doctors who will conduct experiments on how the human body copes with extreme conditions. Return to Everest will document the largest human biology experiment ever conducted at high altitude!

Rocky Mountain Express
Rocky Mountain Express will propel audiences on a time-travelling steam train adventure through the remarkable landscapes of the Canadian Rockies. Through tunnels and over trestle bridges the IMAX camera will be mounted on the steam engine to take audiences on a once in a lifetime journey. This film will relive the struggles and triumphs of building Canada's first transcontinental railway and will discover science, technology, environment and romance in one exciting ride experience.
