Girls and STEAM Mentor Evening

Calling participants ages 12 – 14!

Girls and STEAM, presented by STEMCELL Technologies, invites your teen to join the Girls and STEAM Mentor Evening on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 (5:30pm – 7:30pm).

After our sold-out Mentor Café in February, we are excited to be offering another Mentor Café to our Girls and STEAM participants! This unique event will give participants more time to fully delve into the day-to-day work and career stories from different STEAM professionals.

From biotech to engineering, and everything in-between, this is an opportunity to learn first-hand from our wonderful group of Girls and STEAM Mentors. Participants will learn about jobs they never knew existed, and about the many ways our Mentors launched into their fields.

What did past participants say?

  • I loved learning about the different jobs I didn't know existed!”
  • “I learnt about different careers and how to get in to them and what the universities might ask to be able to study it and what works I could do after.”

This inclusive program welcomes participants of many gender identities – whether your teen identifies as a girl, trans, genderqueer, non-binary, Two-Spirit, or gender questioning.

Be sure to register for free tickets on May 19, 2026. We look forward to welcoming your teen!
