This session: Micro:bits as Scientific Tools
Join us as we explore ways to incorporate Micro:bits into the science classroom as well as investigate how to use micro:bits as a tool for distance learning of coding. This is an opportunity to share and learn together as we work through science activities on the MakeCode website. If you have used one of the activities or are currently working on a project, please bring it along! This session is most suitable for teachers of grades 5 to 12.
*We will require a minimum number of participants to run these workshops. Sessions will be cancelled the day before the event if there are not enough registrations. If a workshop fills up, participants that are on a waitlist will be alerted the day prior to the event of any openings.
This event is part of Tech-Up, Science World's initiative to enhance existing programs to include coding and computational thinking.
