FAQS

What's the experience like working with Science World for a full-building booking?

We're so happy to invite you on a building tour and answer all your initial questions. Upon booking, we'll invite you back for a site visit and promptly respond to your email and phone communications before the big event.

Would we get access to all the galleries?

Yes! Renting the full building means you in addition to getting access to all the spaces listed on the website, it unlocks all the other galleries too, including the newest feature exhibition, Tinkering, and BodyWorks. Not Wonder Gallery

If we rent the full building, can we bring in our own caterers?

We ask that you select from one of our preferred caterers as they have years of expertise servicing our venue. For example, they're familiar with the ins and outs of our space, load-in times, and more.

Are full-day rentals available anytime during the year?

Full-day rentals need to be approved by the leadership team. If your event is approved, it'll be a truly unique experience for your guests.

I don't see the pricing online. What would a full-building rental start at?

Because of the complex nature of full-building rentals, we'd like to ensure we're giving you accurate information based on what your event entails. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll gladly assist you.
