Science World, in partnership with The Dirty Apron present, Science World: Alfresco! This intimate culinary experience, created by Chef David Robertson and his team from The Dirty Apron, brings you an unforgettable and unique long-table 5-course dinner, served family style. The seasonal menu is rooted in West Coast flavours—with an emphasis on fresh, local, sustainable ingredients and BC wine.

The Evening's Events:

  • We begin in Science World's Ken Spencer Science Park with a signature cocktail and canapés.
  • On the outdoor stage, guests will enjoy a cooking demonstration by Chef David, with the help of one of his top students from his summer camp.
  • Following the demonstration, guests will enjoy views of the city beyond False Creek at a long-table dinner on Science World's stunning green roof terrace.

All proceeds from Science World: Alfresco will benefit Super Science Club, Science World's after-school science club for inner-city students in grades 1-7. This program aims to reach at-risk children and to inspire a long-term interest in science and technology.
