Science World: Alfresco

Science World, in partnership with The Dirty Apron present, Science World: Alfresco! This intimate culinary experience, created by Chef David Robertson and his team from The Dirty Apron, brings you an unforgettable and unique long-table 5-course dinner, served family style. The seasonal menu is rooted in West Coast flavours—with an emphasis on fresh, local, sustainable ingredients and BC wine. 

The evening will begin with a signature cocktail and canapés. Guests will be served by Chef David, his team and some of the talented students from his summer camp. In our unique setting, guests will enjoy views of the city beyond False Creek at a long-table dinner on Science World's stunning Green Roof Terrace.

All proceeds from Science World: Alfresco will benefit Super Science Club, Science World's after-school science club for inner-city students in grades 1-7. This program aims to reach at-risk children and to inspire a long-term interest in science and technology.
