Science World to Transform Dome into a Pyramid Amid Building Revitalization

Science World is undergoing exciting building upgrades, and we’ve got big news… we’re reshaping the dome into a pyramid! Just kidding—April Fools!

While our beloved geodesic dome isn’t changing shape, we are making critical upgrades. Thanks to the federal government’s Green and Inclusive Community Buildings grant and funding from the Province of British Columbia, our revitalization efforts will cut greenhouse gas emissions by 66.5 tons annually and reduce energy consumption by an estimated 42%.
