We have made the difficult decision to suspend Camp Ins until further notice. Please contact us with any questions.

Cost: $78/Camper

Deposit: $500

Minimum Number of Campers: 250

Availability: Dates decided by you (subject to availability)

More details:

  • One adult free for every five paid campers. Extra adults pay $39 each.
  • An evening snack & morning breakfast will be provided
  • Each child will receive a free child coupon for a later visit
  • We offer free parking during your Camp-in. Please come in to pick up a parking pass.
  • 1:10 minimum adult to student ratio required for supervision.
  • Camp-in T-shirt available for purchase, pre-order to reserve yours ($16.50 child size, $17 adult size)
  • Group dinner can be ordered directly with Triple O’s: 604.647.0003
  • Full payment required two weeks before the camp date.
  • Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or organization cheque payable to ASTC Science World Society (sorry, no personal cheques are accepted). 
  • Any outstanding balance, due to additional campers, will require full payment on the date of the camp-in.
