STEAM Days of Summer

STEAM Days of Summer is Science World’s multi-day summer professional learning workshop for educators. Participants delve into innovative strategies for teaching STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art & design, and math) while networking with colleagues throughout BC.

The week's sessions will explore different elements of computational thinking and coding tools including Scratch, Micro:bit and extensions, Edison robot, and Lego WeDo.

Cost: FREE ($100 refundable deposit required to confirm registration. Deposit will be returned upon completion of the program.)

STEAM Days of Summer runs from 9:30am to 3:30pm each day.

Breakfast, lunch, and materials are included in registration.

STEAM Days of Summer Locations:

  • Prince George (August 10 to 14, 2020)
  • Vancouver (August 24 to 28, 2020)
