Kick off Invasive Species Action Month this May with Science World and the Invasive Species Council of British Columbia! We will explore curriculum connections and classroom activities related to local invasive species and their impacts on BC ecosystems. Learn how to empower your students to become informed stewards of their local environment. Weather permitting, we will wrap up this session with a guided walk to identify invasive species around False Creek.
All participants will also be entered for the chance to win a free guest admission to Science World. This workshop is open to all K-12 educators in BC.
