In this inspiring keynote, aerospace engineer Dr. Farah Alibay shares her journey as the daughter of immigrants who grew up in a small Quebec town, where a career in space exploration once seemed impossible.
From studying at the University of Cambridge and MIT to her current work on robotic missions that explore the solar system, Dr. Alibay reflects on the challenges she faced as a woman in a male-dominated field. She shares her career highlights and lessons in curiosity, teamwork, and perseverance that helped her through her toughest moments to reach incredible heights.
Her biggest message? Even if you’re not literally aiming for the stars, following your passion means the sky isn’t the limit—it’s just the beginning.
