Organization Showcase Request Form

Come and spend some time with us in the Science World Dome! As a centre of learning in Vancouver, Science World attracts hundreds of current and future STEAM nerds every day!

We are pleased to welcome charities and non-profits to join us under the Dome to meet our visitors and provide the opportunity for those groups to deliver tabling activations. It is an excellent opportunity for your organization to showcase the impactful STEAM work happening within British Columbia and to engage with our diverse audience of visitors.

Showcase requests may be sent no earlier than 90 days and no later than 30 days before the date requested. All requests will receive due consideration; however, we reserve the right to only accept showcase requests from organisations which clearly link with Science World mission and values. The requests are approved at the sole discretion of Science World.

Eligibility

All requests will be evaluated based on:

  • Availability within Science World
  • The nature of the request
  • Background, goals and values of the organization, cause, or event
  • The educational goals of the tabling activation

Please note that tabling requests cannot be considered for:

  • Corporate organisations
  • Religious or political organisations
