FAQs

Why does it say my registration isn’t complete?

Your registration isn’t complete because we still need some important info about your child (ie. Allergies, approved guardians to pick up, etc). Click the link from your booking confirmation to reach the Science Camp Registration Portal and log in using the same email and password you used to register. Detailed instructions can be found at the top of the registration home page. Please contact the Camps team at [email protected] if you need to reset your password.

What if my child is at the younger or older end of the age range?

No need to feel anxious! All of our programs are created to be flexible and suitable for all ages. Campers are divided into groups of similar ages. Our Camp Leaders and staff will support them to access and excel at everything they put their hands to!

What if we have holiday plans and need to leave early?

As much as we’d love your camper to spend the whole day with us, we understand this year Winter Camps run on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. We’re happy to accommodate late drop-off and early pick-up, but we request prior notice (in-person or via email at [email protected]) so we can schedule a team member ready to meet you.

What if I need to cancel or switch weeks?

That’s not a problem! Cancellations, transfers, and changes are possible, but may be subject to fees. Please review our full policy. Any changes can only be initiated by email the team at [email protected].

Can I sign my child up for both weeks?

Both feature the same identical spellbinding program, so please choose just one! Our system allows caregivers to book on behalf of multiple children, however, we don’t permit campers repeating programs. Please note that duplicate bookings will be cancelled and are subject to administration fees. Thanks for your understanding to ensure every child gets a chance to participate in Science Camps.
