On The Road at Earth Day Events – Mission and Surrey

Earth Day 2025 falls on April 22, so Science World is partnering with the Mission Environmental Stewardship Society and the City of Surrey to celebrate the planet at two great public events on Saturday April 26, 2025.

Science World will be dispatching the On The Road Team to present "Earth, Wind and Science". Explore the incredible weather events that occur within our atmosphere. You might even get to see baby lightning with the shocking Van de Graaff Generator!

Join Us in Mission, BC

For planet protectors in the Fraser Valley, come catch the 30-minute Science show at 1pm at Green Living 2025 and stay to enjoy other performances, guest speakers, eco-exhibitors, vendors and more.

For Earth enthusiasts closer to Surrey, catch Science World's 30-minute show at 4:30pm at Surrey's Annual Party for the Planet—BC's largest Earth Day event! Accessible by Skytrain and packed with planetary positive exhibitors and activities.
