Science of Cocktails 2023 — Thank You!

Sipping on science never tasted so good—or had such a great impact.

On April 27, 1,500 people attended our 6th Science of Cocktails, bringing in $285,000 for students, teachers and families across BC to visit Science World at no cost. A special thank you to our brand partners, food partners, suppliers and volunteers for making this event possible.

Thanks to the generosity of our community partners, to date, Science of Cocktails has raised over $1.5M! This year, we’ll welcome 30,000 individuals from across BC into our dome free of charge.

We think that deserves a toast!

Cheers to you and see you next year.

Your Impact

Your ticket to Science of Cocktails supports our Bursary program, which provides free access to tens of thousands of people who may not otherwise be able to visit the dome. Our organization can’t fulfil its mission—to ignite wonder and empower dreams for everyone in BC—without providing free access to those in our communities facing barriers. Your support makes fun, memorable and relevant science-learning experiences available for all.

The impact of Science World bursaries in 2022:

Thank you for helping build pathways to science for all with your ticket to Science of Cocktails. Cheers!
